Are you an organised, quick thinking individual with professional and mature approach to deal with property professionals and tenants?  Martin&Co are looking for a new internal lettings negotiator.

We deal with properties from as large as country estates to small studios, no day is the same in this vibrant and exciting world of property lettings.

The role is based at the delightful South Cheshire market town of Nantwich and in the thriving office in Crewe.  Martin&Co are the number one letting agent in the area, averaging 100 property lets per month, so you’ll be busy and need to enjoy the fast paced working environment.  You will also be supported towards qualifying for an Industry Recognised professional qualification.

This position is open to any age group, however the core requirements are;

Some sales experience would be ideal, however full comprehensive training will be provided

Full driving licence

Good PC skills, able to produce accurate and well presented work

Strong interpersonal organisation, able to work as an individual and as part of a team

What’s on offer: Competitive salary dependent upon experience, pool car available for property visits.

Core Responsibilities;

  • Registering and responding to tenant enquiries
  • Qualifying and matching the new enquiries to properties and organising viewings
  • Management of the diary to ensure smooth running of daily viewings
  • Liaise and negotiate between tenants and landlords
  • Ensure the correct documentation is in place and full referencing of tenants are performed before negotiating deals with prospective landlords
  • Organise and perform signing of tenancy agreement and full explanation of terms and conditions and taking insurance prior to the tenancy commencement
  • Produce marketing material and register new properties to be displayed in our branch, web site plus various property portals including Rightmove etc.
